Reckless motorists referred to traffic court, vehicles impounded

The Ministry of Interior has reported the identification and subsequent arrest of motorists who were involved in a video clip depicting reckless driving in the Fahaheel area.

The General Traffic Department swiftly responded to the clip, arrested the drivers and referred them to the traffic court. The cars involved have been impounded and towed to the traffic garage.

The Ministry emphasized the importance of adhering to traffic laws and regulations while at the same time encouraging the public to call the emergency phone at 112 or share information via WhatsApp at the number 99324092.

The Ministry expressed gratitude to the citizen who documented and reported the incident, highlighting the embodiment of the principle that “every citizen is a sentinel.”
