Ministry of “Affairs” and “Justice” collaborates to enhance transparency and digital service quality
This collaboration is to fulfill the objectives of both ministries’ strategic plan in ushering digital transformation, and enhancing institutional governance, which will benefit citizens immensely.
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Ministry of Justice, stressed upon the importance of completing the automated link between them, which would enhance the quality of digital services provided to citizens.
In a press statement, the Ministry of Social Affairs explained that this came during a meeting held by a number of stakeholders from both the sides.
This collaboration between both the ministries is within the framework of joint cooperation, which is meant to achieve the objectives of the two ministries’ strategic plan for digital transformation, and enhancing institutional governance. As a result, it will contribute in improving the level of digital services that are provided.
Additionally, it was stated that the meeting involved discussions on various topics that are related in developing the automated link, between the two ministries within the framework in enhancing cooperation, and exchanging information as well.
This will also improve the work environment and similarly, raise the level of performance in a way that contributes in upgrading various digital services.
To summarize, the two ministries, specifically stressed upon the importance of overcoming obstacles that may hinder the completion of the automated link and exchange of information between them, in a way that enhances the quality of services provided.
