IPS wins 26th CBSE Kuwait Cluster Football Tournament 2024

Indian Public School (IPS) in Salmiya emerged as champions at the prestigious 26th CBSE Kuwait Cluster Football Tournament 2024, hosted this year by the Indian English Academy School (IEAS).

The tournament began with an exciting inauguration ceremony led by the Principal of IEAS, setting the stage for a thrilling showcase of skill and sportsmanship.

Nineteen Indian schools from across Kuwait competed in this highly anticipated tournament. IPS showcased outstanding performance throughout, starting with a victory over IEAS in the opening match.

In the quarterfinals, IPS defeated CSK and moved on to face FAIPS in the semifinals, where they secured another win. The final match saw IPS take on IISM, and they emerged victorious, clinching the championship title.

The tournament concluded with a memorable closing ceremony attended by the Director of IEAS and the Principals of IPS and IISM, celebrating the achievements of all participants. Congratulations to the IPS football team and their coach, Mr. Mohammed Irshadul Haqe, for their remarkable performance.
