Ministry of Higher Education extends deadline for cultural attaché applications

Applicants must be Kuwaiti citizens with a doctorate and relevant work experience

The Ministry of Higher Education has announced an extension of the application deadline for cultural attaché positions until Tuesday, the 15th of this month.

This extension is aimed at providing more opportunities for qualified candidates to apply through the ministry’s online portal, reports Al-Jarida newspaper. The ministry is seeking to fill cultural attaché positions at Kuwaiti embassies and consulates worldwide.

To be eligible, applicants must be Kuwaiti citizens, holding a faculty position with a minimum rank of lecturer at Kuwait University or assistant professor at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET). Additionally, the candidate must possess a doctoral degree and have at least six years of practical experience post-PhD at the time of application submission.

The vacant cultural attaché positions are located in several countries, including Washington D.C. and Los Angeles in the United States, Dublin in Ireland, London in the United Kingdom, Paris in France, Ottawa in Canada, Canberra in Australia, Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, Cairo in Egypt, Oman in Jordan, and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
