The bureau explained that the employee record project involves creating an electronic file for each employee to track their tasks and work activities. This includes transactions, correspondence, meetings, and any other work performed, aiming to document their efforts throughout their tenure. All data will be saved and recorded in a specific electronic file, allowing employees to input their own work into a new internal system.

The bureau stated that one of the advantages of the project is that employees record their own work and achievements. Additionally, it ensures that outstanding employees receive financial benefits, training opportunities, or supervisory positions.
