Civil Service Bureau to launch six-month pilot project for employee records in five agencies

The Civil Service Bureau is set to launch a pilot project for employee achievement records, targeting five government agencies over six months. The start date for this trial will be announced later, according to Al Rai newspaper.

The bureau explained that the employee record project involves creating an electronic file for each employee to track their tasks and work activities. This includes transactions, correspondence, meetings, and any other work performed, aiming to document their efforts throughout their tenure. All data will be saved and recorded in a specific electronic file, allowing employees to input their own work into a new internal system.
