Ramadan’s full moon glows 100% over Kuwait tonight
The moon will rise immediately after sunset and remain in the sky throughout the night until it sets with sunrise the next morning.
On Sunday, Al-Ajiri Scientific Center announced that the full moon of the holy month of Ramadan will appear fully illuminated, shining at up to 100 percent brightness in the Kuwaiti sky this evening, Monday.
In a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the center stated that the moon’s disk will be full tomorrow night, becoming a full moon. It also mentioned that the moon will rise immediately after sunset and remain in the sky throughout the night until it sets with sunrise the next morning.
The center explained that the appearance of the full moon is an opportunity for astronomy lovers to observe it, making it the best time to see the terrain, volcanic craters, and meteor craters on its surface using large glasses and small telescopes. The moon will be clear and visible to the naked eye.
In this context, the center pointed out that the moon will rise next Tuesday and Wednesday in conjunction with the star Spica, one of the bright stars. This scene will be visible with the naked eye in the evening and will remain visible in the sky throughout the night until it disappears due to the intensity of the morning twilight light caused by sunrise.
