Young minds showcase innovation at UIS AI Gallery Walk 2026

. . . seen as a major success, UIS reaffirms its commitment to nurturing creativity, technological curiosity, and a culture of innovation among its students

The AI Gallery Walk – 2026 at the United Indian School transformed the campus into a vibrant hub of technology and innovation as students from Classes 5 to 8 presented creative projects in robotics, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT).

Held from February 12 to 14, the three-day exhibition highlighted the school’s focus on equipping students with future-ready technological skills through hands-on learning and practical experimentation.

During the event, students demonstrated projects developed using advanced platforms such as Micro:bit, ESP32, and Processing. The projects reflected their understanding of embedded systems, sensor integration, and automation, turning classroom concepts into real-world applications.

The exhibition featured a wide range of innovative solutions addressing everyday challenges. Among the highlights were automated parking systems, traffic signal management models, and road toll gate systems under the “smart infrastructure” category.

Security-focused projects included theft alert systems, smoke and intruder alarms, and smart door mechanisms.

Robotics displays drew significant attention, with students presenting autonomous rovers, maze-navigating robots, and voice-controlled robotic systems.

Sustainability-focused ideas were also showcased, including smart school systems for automated lighting and fan control, soil-moisture-based irrigation models, and raindrop detection mechanisms.

Parents and visitors attended in large numbers, interacting with the young presenters who confidently explained the coding logic and working principles behind their projects.

Beyond technical knowledge, the event provided students with an opportunity to strengthen their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The strong community response reflected pride in seeing students apply classroom learning to practical innovations.

The AI Gallery Walk 2026 concluded as a major success, reaffirming United Indian School’s commitment to nurturing creativity, technological curiosity, and a culture of innovation among its students.
