Young Minds India inspires social awareness in Kuwait with “The Right Destination” event

Young Minds India, a leading organization promoting social awareness and youth empowerment, held a captivating event titled “The Right Destination” on Friday evening. The venue bustled with activity at the ICSK Senior School Auditorium in Salmiya.

The event commenced with a patriotic spirit as students from New Gulf Indian School rendered the Kuwait National Anthem and Tamil Anthem, setting the stage for a celebration of unity and cultural diversity.

Distinguished guests graced the occasion, including Mr. B.M. Ibrahim, Founder of Young Minds India, who delivered a heartfelt welcome address emphasizing the organization’s unwavering commitment to societal well-being.

The felicitation ceremony welcomed Mr. Yusuf from Kuwait’s Border Security and Mr. Mohamed Ali from MECC Kuwait, solidifying a spirit of collaboration and support for noble causes.

Guest speakers brought valuable perspectives to the forefront. Mr. Sriram Gopalakrishnan, Partner & Head of IFRS at RSM Kuwait, offered insights on contemporary issues. Following him, Mr. N.L. Abdul Haleem, Charge d’ Affaires of Sri Lanka to Kuwait, spoke on the importance of diplomatic ties and cultural harmony.

Dr. Fahad Ibrahim Al-Dosari, a former Kuwaiti Director General of Police, delivered a compelling speech highlighting the significance of social responsibility and community engagement. His message resonated powerfully, further amplified by the esteemed host, Mr. Mamsath Munas, who provided a seamless translation.

The event culminated with Dr. Sylendra Babu IPS’s impactful address, emphasizing the transformative power of education and inclusivity in building a brighter future.

Memorable moments included the distribution of mementos to sponsors and participants, recognizing their contributions to social initiatives. The evening concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Fakhrudeen from Kuwait International Airport.
