Update your data on rented housing applications: PAHW tells female citizens

The Public Authority for Housing Welfare has called on female citizens with registered rented housing applications — dated 2025 or earlier — to update their information and submit the required documents. The directive includes all eligible categories, notably Kuwaiti women with disabilities who have active housing applications with the Authority.

The Authority explained that the update process will be conducted at the Citizen Service Department in the main building during both morning and afternoon hours, while external service centers in Al-Tahrir Tower, Al-Jahra, Al-Qurain, and The Avenues will operate for updates during the morning period only, reports Al-Rai daily.

Applicants are required to provide several documents, including copies of their civil ID and nationality certificate, marriage or divorce certificate, or husband’s death certificate (as applicable), along with school certificates for children for the past two academic years.

They must also submit certificates from the General Administration of Ports (for 2023–2025), the Real Estate Registration Department, and the Commercial Registry.

Additionally, applicants must present a certificate from the Public Authority for Disability Affairs if any family member is moderately or severely disabled, as well as a salary certificate or documentation from the Social Security Institution or Ministry of Social Affairs.

The Authority emphasized the importance of timely data updates to ensure the proper processing and verification of all housing requests.
