United Indian School hosts 27th CBSE Kuwait Cluster Basketball Tournament

United Indian School (UIS), from May 6 to 8, 2025, hosted the 27th CBSE Kuwait Cluster Basketball Tournament (Boys).
The event unfolded with remarkable energy and fanfare, bringing together the finest young athletes from Indian schools across Kuwait.
Showcasing exceptional talent, fierce competition, and commendable sportsmanship, the tournament featured thrilling matchups in three categories — Under-14, Under-17, and Under-19. Each game was a testament to the players’ passion, discipline, and dedication to the sport.
Tournament Results:
Under-19 Boys — Champion – United Indian School (UIS)
In a gripping finale, UIS edged out Indian English Academy School (IEAS) with a final score of 25–21, capping off a match filled with intensity and determination.
Under-17 Boys — Champion – Indian Educational School (IES)
IES narrowly defeated UIS 24–23 in a hard-fought battle that had the crowd on the edge of their seats.
Under-14 Boys — Champion – United Indian School (UIS)
Demonstrating clear dominance, UIS overpowered ICSK with a commanding 22–9 victory, showcasing the strength of their upcoming talent.
Individual Honors:
- Best Player (U-19): Eshan Ahmed – UIS
- Best Player (U-17): Jeevanth Sargunam – IES
- Best Player (U-14): Deeraj Dilip – UIS
- Promising Player (U-14): Johann Thomas – UIS
