Unidentified person arrested for posting derogatory video clips

The Ministry of Interior Sunday announced the arrest of the person who had posted video clips on the social media criticizing the political leadership.

The Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior stated that “the security services monitored an account that published several video clips on some social media sites and one clip that is considered a crime according to the internal state security law,” reports Al-Rai daily.

The sources added, “After obtaining permission from the Prosecution the man was arrested and referred to the concerned authority.
