Two expatriates caught red-handed during a drug deal in Jleeb

Security officers from the Jleeb Police Station have arrested two men — an Arab and an Asian — for trafficking in drugs, and seized from the men 22 sachets containing hashish and shabu (methamphetamine).
According to a security source, police received a tip from a confidential informant that an Arab man was trafficking in drugs and was about to sell hashish worth 40 dinars to an Asian, following which police put the place — parking lot of a private school in Abbasiya – under surveillance and the caught the buyer and seller red-handed.
The two men were transferred to the General Department for Drug Control for further investigation and legal action.
