TEF Kuwait elects new organizing committee for the year 2026

Tamilnadu Engineers Forum (TEF), Kuwait, a nonprofit professional association continues its remarkable journey of excellence, innovation, and community service. Certified under ISO 9001:2015 standards, TEF has consistently upheld the highest benchmarks in engineering knowledge-sharing and organizational governance.

Established by accomplished engineers from Tamil Nadu, India, TEF today stands as a vibrant and influential professional forum, representing more than 550 engineers and registered with the Indian Embassy in Kuwait. The forum is widely recognized for fostering technical growth, leadership development, and cultural integration within the engineering fraternity.

TEF’s flagship technical events—including the Technological Innovations Conference & Exposition (TICE) and various symposiums, workshops, and expert lectures—have earned widespread appreciation for enriching Kuwait’s engineering community. With equal emphasis on social engagement, the forum hosts sports events, cultural events for family members, wellness initiatives, and children focused programs, making TEF a dynamic, holistic, and community-driven organization.

The new committee was elected unopposed under the meticulous supervision of election officers Ramaraj and Bala Elamaran, whose transparent and well-coordinated election process received high appreciation from the members. The Election officer Ramaraj has formally announced the TEF executive committee for the year 2026 during the TEF 2025 Valedictory Ceremony held at Delhi Public School (DPS) on December 12th ,2025.

Charles introduced the new team and outlined the strategic roadmap for 2026, aligned with TEF’s mission of advancing engineering knowledge while nurturing cultural unity and social well-being.

New Team for TEF Kuwait will officially begin its activities from 1st Jan 2026, marking the start of another inspiring year dedicated to engineering advancement and community enrichment. The forum extended heartfelt appreciation to all Indian associations, Sponsors, partner organizations, volunteers, and well-wishers for their constant encouragement and support.

With revitalized energy and a committed leadership team, TEF Kuwait continues to strengthen the spirit of professionalism, unity, and innovation across Kuwait’s Indian community.
