Price of barrel of Kuwaiti oil drops $8.48 to reach $156.50
The price of Kuwaiti oil fell by $8.48 to reach $156.50 per barrel in trading on Friday, compared to $164.98 per barrel in trading on the day before yesterday, according to the price announced by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.
In global markets, Brent crude futures rose $3.54 to $112.19 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose $2.18 to $98.32.
