The incident occurred last Thursday during the twelfth-grade English language test when a person was discovered impersonating a student.

Following the Ministry of Education’s firm stance on cracking down on educational malpractice, and after implementing several measures to address the crime of leaking exams, the ministry has issued a decisive action.

According to Al Rai newspaper, a student has been permanently banned from studying in all Kuwaiti schools after being caught having someone impersonate him in an exam.

An informed source told Al-Rai that the incident occurred last Thursday during the twelfth-grade English language test when a person was discovered impersonating a student. The impersonator fled from the testing committee upon discovery.

The source stated that the head of the committee immediately documented the incident under the category of “impersonating a student” and submitted a detailed report to the director of the educational district. This report was then referred to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for appropriate legal action.

The source emphasized that the ministry dealt firmly with the situation to prevent such cases from recurring, noting that there is a clear system of violations and penalties applied to violators in this regard.
