Social Affairs Ministry halts online charity donations until further notice

The Ministry of Social Affairs has directed all charity associations and foundations to immediately halt the collection of donations through their websites and social media links until further notice.

In an official circular, according to Al-Rai daily, the ministry emphasized that the decision follows directives from the Minister of Social Affairs and serves the public interest.

The circular also warned that any violations will result in legal consequences.
