Sirens heard across Kuwait – Armed Forces on High Alert to Protect National Security
The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense (Kuwait), Brigadier General Saud Al-Otaiban, confirmed that the Kuwaiti Armed Forces are at the highest level of alert and readiness to respond to any potential threats.
In a statement, Al-Otaiban emphasized that the armed forces are fully prepared to confront any actions aimed at destabilizing the country’s security, stressing that all military units remain vigilant in carrying out their national duties.
He added that the measures are aimed at safeguarding Kuwait’s sovereignty, maintaining security and stability, and protecting the country’s national interests and capabilities.
The spokesperson reaffirmed that the Kuwaiti Armed Forces continue to monitor developments closely, maintaining operational readiness to ensure the safety of the nation and its residents.
