Shuwaikh inspection campaign triggers closures over fire hazards

The Kuwait Fire Force, in coordination with several government bodies, launched an inspection campaign in the Shuwaikh area on Tuesday morning. The operation led to multiple violations and administrative closures of establishments that failed to meet fire safety and regulatory requirements, according to Al Arabic daily Rai.

The campaign aimed to monitor facilities for non-compliance with safety and fire prevention standards. Participating authorities included the Ministries of Electricity, Commerce, Industry, Environment and Food, the Municipality, and the General Directorate of Residency and Public Authority for Manpower.
