Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef revamps traffic and security sectors

Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior, has issued several ministerial decisions aimed at restructuring the traffic and operations sector, as well as the special security forces sector.

The decisions included the appointment of Brigadier General Dakhil Al-Dakhil as Director General of the General Administration of Special Forces, with Brigadier Badr Boummarzouq as his assistant. Brigadier Talal Al Mansour was appointed as Director of the General Administration of Facilities Security, and Brigadier Tariq Hussein as his assistant.

In the traffic licensing departments, Brigadier General Muhammad bin Thuwairan was appointed as Director of the Ahmadi Traffic Department, with Brigadier Fahd Al-Osailan as his assistant. Brigadier Mansour Suaan became the director of the Farwaniya Traffic Department, and Brigadier Abdul Wahab Al-Omar his assistant.

Brigadier Talal Al-Shabak took over as director of the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Traffic Department, with Brigadier Arif Behbehani as his assistant.

Brigadier General Khaled Al-Khalidi was appointed as Director of Traffic in Al-Jahra Governorate, with Colonel Jasser Al-Daihani as his assistant. Brigadier Mubarak Al-Hajri became the Director of the Traffic Department in the Capital Governorate, with Brigadier Ali Al-Musawi as his assistant. Colonel Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah was appointed as Director of the Hawalli Traffic Department, with Colonel Faisal Sahab as his assistant.

In the Public Relations and Traffic Awareness Department, Brigadier General Nawaf Al Hayyan was appointed Director of the Public Relations Department at the General Traffic Department, with Colonel Fahd Al-Issa as his assistant.

In traffic operations, Brigadier General Sulaiman Al Subaie was appointed director of the Operations Department, with Colonel Fahd Al Jumaa as his assistant.

Planning and Research Department

The decisions also included the appointment of Brigadier Ashraf Al-Amir as Director of the Planning and Research Department, with Brigadier Mishari Al-Roudhan as his assistant. Brigadier Salem Al-Ajmi was appointed as director of the Specialized Training Department, with Brigadier Muhammad Al-Mansouri as his assistant.

Brigadier Mishal Al-Suwaiji became director of the Technical Inspection Department, with Brigadier Ahmed Al-Nimran as his assistant, and Brigadier Farid Al-Sirri as director.

In the education department, Brigadier General Muhammad Al-Marzouq serves as his assistant, while Brigadier Mutlaq Bu Thentin is director of the Traffic Violations Department, with Brigadier Saleh Al-Sahli as his assistant.

Traffic Regulation Department

Regarding the Traffic Regulation Department, Brigadier Badr Al-Qattan was appointed as Director of the Traffic Regulation Department in Hawalli, with Colonel Badr Al-Khalifa as his assistant. Brigadier Muhammad Al-Ajmi became Director of the Traffic Regulation Department in Al-Ahmadi, with Lieutenant Colonel Saleh Al-Mutairi as his assistant.

Colonel Raed Al-Sulaimani was appointed as Director of Traffic Regulation in Farwaniya, with Colonel Abdullah Al-Otaibi as his assistant. Colonel Rashid Al-Zuwair became director of the Traffic Regulation Department in Mubarak Al-Kabeer, with Lieutenant Colonel Abdul Latif Al-Hamlan as his assistant.

Colonel Faisal Abu Salib took over as director of the Traffic Regulation Department in Jahra, with Colonel Abdullah Al-Huwaila as his assistant, and Colonel Abdullah Burahma as director of the Traffic Regulation Department in the capital, with Lieutenant Colonel Yacoub Al-Sharrah as his assistant.

Rescue Police

Regarding the General Administration of Rescue Police, Al-Yousef’s decision came to appoint Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Ghassab as Director of the Rescue Department in Al-Ahmadi, Brigadier Hamlan Al-Hamlan as Director of the Rescue Police in the Capital, Brigadier Rashid Al-Hajri as Director of Hawalli Police Rescue, Brigadier Abdullah Sunaydah as Director of Farwaniya Police Rescue, Brigadier Hussein Al-Qenaei as Director of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Police Rescue, and Brigadier Faisal Al-Rabah as Director of Jahra Rescue Services. Additionally, Brigadier General Mansour Al-Hashash was appointed as director of the Road Security Department.
