Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef inspects farms and farmers’ market in Abdali

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef conducted a field security tour in the Abdali area as part of his ongoing efforts to monitor the security situation and review the progress of work at key sites related to food security and essential services provided to citizens and residents.

During the tour, Sheikh Fahd visited several farms in Abdali, where he was briefed on the efforts of workers in the agricultural sector and received an overview of operational mechanisms and the challenges facing farmers.

He affirmed the Ministry of Interior’s full support for all initiatives that contribute to strengthening security and stability and serving the public interest.

The Interior Minister also toured the Abdali Farmers’ Market, to get firsthand information about the organization and workflow.

He praised the market’s role in supporting local agricultural products and reinforcing the national food security system, while stressing the importance of strict adherence to regulations and instructions to ensure public safety.

At the conclusion of the tour, Sheikh Fahd visited the Diwaniya of the Farmers Union, where he met with a number of farmers and listened to their observations and proposals.

He emphasized that the Ministry of Interior places great importance on direct engagement with all segments of society, with the aim of strengthening partnership and cooperation in the service of the nation.
