Seven “Justice Ministry” employees detained for forgery and misappropriation

The Public Prosecution has ordered the detention of seven employees from the Ministry of Justice, all of whom serve as court session secretaries. They face charges of forgery in official documents and embezzling public funds.

The seven employees are accused of fabricating wax (silicon) fingerprints and using them in the automated system devices that record the attendance and departure of employees.

The Public Prosecution announced that it has interrogated the accused individuals and has decided to refer them to the General Department of Criminal Evidence. The investigation procedures are currently ongoing.
