Serbia congratulates Kuwait on the occasion of National & Liberation days

On the auspicious occasion of the 63d National Day and the 33d Liberation Day anniversary of the friendly State of Kuwait, it is my pleasure to extend one behalf of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, myself and the Serbian peoples to the His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait, H.H.
