Samsung demonstrates commitment to Kuwait with new customer service plaza in Hawally

Samsung Gulf Electronics has recently unveiled its new state-of-the-art Customer Service Plaza in Hawally, Kuwait. Operated by Samsung partner Al Babtain, the newly upgraded Plaza is designed to provide a modern customer service experience that is in line with global standards.

Strategically located in the heart of Kuwait’s electronics district of Hawally, the store offers comprehensive mobile and tablet repairs, software updates, and mobile phone recycling services. Staffed by highly trained Samsung technicians, customers can be assured that their devices will receive expert care and attention.

A key highlight of the Plaza is a dedicated zone that provides customers with an interactive space to explore and experience Samsung’s cutting-edge devices in comfortable surroundings. To make the most of customers’ visits to the Experience Zone, Samsung has introduced a sales function that allows customers to purchase Samsung’s flagship devices on-site across various product categories, including mobiles and televisions during their visit. Additionally, Samsung has also launched a Soundbar Experience Zone, where customers can connect their mobile devices via the SmartThings app and immerse themselves in the latest soundbar technology.
