Reward approved for outstanding Ministry of Transportation staff

Directors of departments and offices will receive 1,500 dinars, controllers 1,250 dinars, heads of departments and offices 1,000 dinars, and heads of divisions 850 dinars.

  • The rewards for excellent work will be deposited into eligible bank accounts soon, based on grade, job title, and Civil Service Commission criteria, requiring an excellent rating for 2023.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Majren, the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transportation, has announced the approval of a reward for the excellent work done by the ministry’s employees.

In a press statement, Al-Majren stated that the Financial Administrative Affairs Sector has finished evaluating all employees across the different sectors of the ministry. The results of the annual employee evaluations have been entered into the integrated system in preparation for awarding those who deserve this reward.

He confirmed that rewards for excellent work will be deposited into eligible bank accounts soon, based on grade, job title, and Civil Service Commission criteria, requiring an excellent rating for 2023.

It has been announced that rewards will be distributed to ministry employees based on their grade and job title. The director of departments and offices will receive 1,500 dinars each, while controllers will be awarded 1,250 dinars. The heads of departments and offices are set to receive 1,000 dinars, and heads of divisions will get 850 dinars. Kuwaiti employees holding public positions from the first to the fourth degree will be granted 800 dinars, and those from the fifth to eighth grade will receive 600 dinars.

For Kuwaiti employees holding public jobs from the fifth to eighth grade, the reward is 300 dinars. The same amount of 300 dinars applies to Kuwaiti employees holding assistant and assistant technical positions. Non-Kuwaiti employees working on a lump sum salary will also receive 300 dinars, while those working on the basis of hiring services will receive 200 dinars.
