Reconnaissance Research has completed the selection of participants for the inaugural edition of Window to the World, a new youth dialogue initiative bringing together young people in Kuwait with ambassadors, heads of international organizations and business leaders through small, closed-door conversations.
The program, which begins on Monday, July 20, received around 50 applications from young people representing diverse national and academic backgrounds in Kuwait. Following a competitive application and interview process, 20 participants were selected to form the program’s inaugural cohort.
Running from July 20 to 23, the program will feature eight distinguished speakers, each participating in a dedicated 45-minute session. The speakers represent diplomacy, international organizations and a diverse range of professional sectors, including aviation, food and beverage, fast-moving consumer goods, media and journalism.

The format is designed to allow participants to engage directly with each guest through focused, interactive conversations rather than traditional lectures or formal presentations. Discussions will explore the speakers’ personal and professional journeys, leadership, career development, decision-making, overcoming setbacks and the experiences that shaped their paths.
“Window to the World was created to give young people something increasingly rare, yet profoundly valuable: the opportunity to engage directly with ambassadors, heads of international organizations and business leaders through open and candid conversations. We believe meaningful dialogue can play an important role in shaping young minds by giving participants direct access to the experiences, challenges and perspectives of accomplished leaders,” said Abdulaziz Al-Anjeri, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reconnaissance Research.
The Times Kuwait is the Official English Media Partner of the inaugural Window to the World program.
