Public Works Minister inspects road maintenance in Al-Naeem
. . . says road maintenance quality and deadlines are non-negotiable
Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan has continued field visits to road maintenance sites across Kuwait’s governorates to monitor progress and ensure work is completed according to approved specifications and scheduled deadlines.
During an inspection of ongoing maintenance work in Al-Naeem, Al-Jahra Governorate, Dr Al-Mashaan reviewed the progress and implementation stages of the project. The visit followed her recent inspection of asphalt paving work in Al-Funaitees, Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate.
Dr Al-Mashaan said the maintenance work in Al-Naeem forms part of the ministry’s plan to maintain roads across the country, improve the efficiency of the road network and enhance road-user safety.
She added that engineering teams would continue field monitoring at maintenance sites in all governorates until the work is completed, stressing that quality standards and adherence to deadlines remain non-negotiable.
