Prime Minister initiates crackdown on forgery

Prime Minister His Highness Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Al-Sabah has launched efforts to combat the forgery of official documents and certificates.

In a statement, he emphasized the importance of upholding the authenticity of educational certificates, stating, “The Minister of Education, Dr. Adel Al-Adwani, is currently conducting a thorough review of certificates issued from 2000 onwards to verify their legitimacy and authenticity, ensuring they are not forged,” reports Al-Qabas daily.

Addressing students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at the Kuwait University, His Highness underscored the significance of these measures in enforcing the law and combating administrative corruption. He stressed that these actions signify a commitment to integrity and transparency, targeting not only financial irregularities but also administrative misconduct.

This initiative reflects the government’s dedication to upholding the rule of law and safeguarding the credibility of official documents, reinforcing the nation’s commitment to combating fraudulent practices and maintaining the integrity of educational qualifications.
