The signing ceremony was attended by the Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs, Eng. Abdullatif Al-Mishari, along with senior PAHW officials.

On the sidelines of the event, Minister Al-Mishari highlighted that the project reflects the government’s vision of expanding private sector participation in service-based development.

He stressed that this initiative aligns with Kuwait’s strategy for sustainable urban development and aims to diversify revenue streams in the housing sector, reports Al-Rai daily.

The total development area spans 12,575 square meters, divided as follows: 4,920 sqm for the commercial complex, 2,000 sqm for the health club, and 5,655 sqm for public parking space between the two.

Al-Hulaila added that the project is expected to generate approximately 12.3 million dinars in revenue over a 20-year investment period, reiterating the corporation’s commitment to providing high-quality services that align with citizens’ expectations and enhance the living environment in residential neighborhoods.
