PAAAFR cracks down on poultry market violations

The Animal Resources Sector of the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources, through in cooperation with concerned government institutions, conducted a regulatory campaign targeting the poultry market.

The campaign led to the closure of several non-compliant feed shops and legal measures were taken against itinerant bird sellers. The authorities stressed the importance of preventing repeated violations and called on poultry and feed shop owners to visit the Animal Health Department to secure the necessary licenses, reports Al-Rai daily.
