One dead, two injured in Farwaniya apartment fire this afternoon
The Kuwait Fire Force announced that firefighting teams brought under control a blaze that erupted Monday afternoon inside an apartment in a residential building in Farwaniya, leaving one person dead and two others injured.
In a press statement, the KFF said emergency teams from the Farwaniya, Subhan, and Search and Rescue fire centers responded immediately after receiving reports of the incident and launched rapid firefighting and rescue operations at the scene.
Authorities said after the fire was contained the site was subsequently handed over to the competent authorities.
