The Mubarak Al-Kabeer Investigations officers were arrested a Kuwaiti citizen for deliberately colliding with the vehicle of a young woman while driving on the Fahaheel Expressway following a dispute between them over right of way.
The man, after colliding with the vehicle escaped from the scene but was soon arrested and brought for interrogation, reports Al-Anba daily.
The young woman claimed the man was flirting with her and because she did not give in he deliberately collided with her vehicle.
The young man has reportedly confessed to the charges filed against him. He has been handed over to the Public Prosecution.
