Fireworks in New York to celebrate the lifting of Corona restrictions (Reuters)

The Federation of Kuwaiti Tourism and Travel Offices renewed the call to change the policy of isolating Kuwait from the world with new coronavirus developments, Al-Rai daily reported.

The union considered that the Kuwaiti model to fight against coronavirus unique. The  Federation of Kuwaiti Tourism and Travel Offices said Kuwait’s strategy is to isolation from the world until the end of the pandemic, without paying attention to any repercussions on the national economy.

The union said that the world is opening up and have found out ways for co-existing with the virus. The European Union added the United States to the list of countries and territories whose travelers can enter, even if they did not get the vaccine, and the list of countries exempted from the travel ban include Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Lebanon, Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong.

In France, Prime Minister Jean Castex announced the lifting of the curfew and the wearing of masks outside would not be mandatory except in certain circumstances such as gatherings, crowded places, or sports stadiums. The Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sanchez, also promised to soon cancel the obligation to wear the masks.

While New York announced the lifting of the latest restrictions imposed in its scope to contain the pandemic, the Taj Mahal, which is the most prominent tourist attraction in India, opened its doors, Qatar announced allowing weddings to be held in hotels and wedding halls.
