A worker of undisclosed nationality fell to his death at a construction site in South Abdullah Al-Mubarak on Friday morning, Al Jarida reported. The Public Relations and Media Department of the General Fire Force stated that the Central Operations Department received the report about the incident and immediately directed the rescue team to the scene.
Firefighters from the Istiqlal Fire Station and the Search and Rescue Center responded to the scene and found that the worker had fallen into the elevator shaft. The worker was pronounced dead on the spot, and the accident is currently under investigation by the competent authorities.
