The Tripartite Committee — personnel from the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Kuwait Municipality — has arrested a home delivery worker for possessing narcotic substances.
A local Arabic daily said, the suspect and the contraband have been handed over to the concerned authorities.
