Some websites have announced that the “WhatsApp” application will get one of the important features found in “Telegram”.
According to the latest leaks, those in charge of the “WhatsApp” application have begun testing a new feature through which news and other types of content can be published, reports Al-Rai daily.
WABetaInfo indicated that “the new feature in WhatsApp will differ slightly from the (channels) feature in Telegram, as you will get a separate tab, and beneficiaries will be able to hide phone numbers, subscriber lists, and some other information as soon as they want.”
According to the site, the new feature was noticed in the beta version (2.23.8.6) of “WhatsApp” for Android devices, and it is not yet known when it will be officially launched for users.
