The Environment Public Authority said state agencies and volunteer teams are working to drive out the shark from the lagoons of the Sabah Al-Ahmad marine area.

The authority said in a press statement that divers will deal with the issue, although the ‘whale shark’ that was seen in the area has no teeth, is harmless and feeds on phytoplankton, reports a local Arabic daily.
