At the request of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation to reconsider the scope of work for the project to establish a warehouse for petroleum products in the Al-Mutla’a area and to update the technical studies related to it, the company, through an international consultant, studied the assessment of the strategic demand for petroleum products to meet the needs of the local market and to determine the logistical requirements to meet these needs until 2045, taking into account the latest future expectations by consumers, studying the geographical distribution of demand for these products, in addition to studying and determining the strategic stock of petroleum products, according to the controls and standards of the strategic stock by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, reports a local Arabic daily.
