On the joyful occasion of the 60th anniversary of the National Day and the 30th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the friendly State of Kuwait, on behalf of the people, Government and Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the State of Kuwait, I would like to extend my most heartfelt congratulations to the Government and the brotherly people of the State of Kuwait.
Over the past years, under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, as well as under the late Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Kuwait has made remarkable achievements in various fields, playing an active and meditative role in addressing international and regional issues. Kuwait has been possessing the main elements to move toward achieving Kuwait’s 2035 Vision, which aims to transform Kuwait into a financial and trade hub regionally and internationally, and become more attractive to investors. It is notably acknowledged that Kuwait Humanitarian aid, which has been highly appreciated by the United Nations, continues despite the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.
