On behalf of the people of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations and best wishes to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Sabah, and His Excellency the Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Mohammad Al Sabah, as well as to the honorable people of Kuwait, on the auspicious occasion of the 61th anniversary of National Day and the 31th anniversary of Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait.
The humanitarian campaign which has been launched today in the State of Kuwait with the slogan “Kuwait is by your side” and under the supervision of esteemed Ministries of Foreign Affairs and the Social Affairs of the State of Kuwait; for sending humanitarian assistance to the people of Afghanistan, represents the strong and brotherly relations between the two countries.
On behalf of the people of Afghanistan I would like to extend my profound gratitude to His Highness Amir of Kuwait and the Government and people of Kuwait for these great contributions of humanitarian assistance to the people of Afghanistan in these critical situations, whereas millions of Afghan citizens are suffering from poverty, starvation and joblessness.
In this glorious occasion, I pray to Almighty Allah to bless His Highness the Amir of Kuwait and His Highness the Crown Prince with good health and success and wishing for the brotherly people of Kuwait progress and prosperity.
