If you are on the lookout for a home-made gluten-free vegan indulgence, then look no further than at this delicious and nutritious Winter Bar recipe. Winter is a season when nutritious vegetables and fruits are readily available, and in some places this is the time when water chestnuts are abundant in the market. The interesting aspect of this recipe is that it can be tailored to make it free of various ingredients that people could be allergic to, including soy, gluten, nuts, or dairy, and to fit your personal dietary preference, whether it is a keto, paleo or low-carb diet.

Serving: 12 pieces

1/3 cup extra-virgin coconut oil
1 cup water chestnut flour (singhara atta in Hindi)
