The Supreme Committee for Corona Emergencies submitted a recommendation to the cabinet to allow the return of those residents who are vaccinated against coronavirus, Al-Rai reported.
The sources told the daily the expatriates would be allowed to return from August.
The proposal would be discussed with the epidemiological situation in Kuwait during the meeting of the council of ministers.
It is expected that several preventive measures related to the pandemic will be announced, especially after the discovery of the mutated Indian strain (Delta) in Kuwait.
