The American Centers for Disease Control warned American citizens against traveling to a number of countries that are classified as high risk, including Kuwait. The centers pointed out that if it is necessary to travel to these countries, citizens wishing to travel must have obtained two doses of approved vaccinations, Al Anbaa reported.

The list included a number of countries in the region, including Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Oman, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, and Somalia.
