The deputy head of the Kuwait Oil Workers Union, Ali Al-Ajmi, appealed to the CEO of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Saud, to intervene to review the results of interviews given by Kuwaiti diploma holders since the results show a large number of them have failed, which is an obstacle to Kuwaitizing jobs.

Al-Ajmi said in a statement to Al-Rai said that the future vision of Kuwaitization of the sector must take into account the real capabilities of the students, with the possibility of training in later periods, and the interviewers are aware of the capabilities of the Kuwaitis answering the tests.

Al-Ajmi called on the CEO of the Petroleum Corporation to intervene to reduce the success rate to 30 percent, as it was in the past,” considering that this step is tantamount to support for Kuwaiti youth.
