The Director-General of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Audrey Azoulay expressed on Tuesday her deepest condolences for the demise of Kuwait Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
On her Twitter account, Azoulay said she was “very sadden to learn the death of Kuwait’s Amir, a man of wisdom and a visionary for his country, very involved with UNESCO.
My sincere condolences to the people of Kuwait and their families.” Earlier, the Amiri Diwan announced the passing of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
