The Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hamad Al-Adwani, issued a ministerial decision No. 25/2023 regarding the registration and enrollment of Kuwaiti students in both Koc University and Hacettepe University in the Republic of Turkey.

The decision, which was published in “Kuwait Al-Youm” newspaper, stated that students wishing to study in a bachelor’s program specializing in human medicine in the Republic of Turkey are allowed to join the aforementioned higher education institutions, according to the traditional education system, and that the study be in the system of regular attendance during the academic week, reports Al-Rai daily.

Al-Adwani also issued Ministerial Resolution No. 26/2023 regarding the list of higher education institutions to which enrollment is permitted to study undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the Republic of Cyprus, so that students wishing to study undergraduate and postgraduate programs other than medical majors in the Republic of Cyprus are allowed to enroll in the Cyprus University, according to the traditional education system, and the study is based on the regular attendance system during the school week.
