A second case, which contracted the coronavirus (COVID-19), was discharged at the end of the necessary quarantine period, said a Health Ministry spokesman Wednesday.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, the ministry’s spokesman, affirmed that the case today, which
followed another discharged patietnt yesterday, completed the period of quarantine and new tests showed no trace of COVID-19.
The quarantine for the coronavirus is about 14 days. Earlier today, the ministry announced no new cases of the coronavirus infection in Kuwait in the last 48 hours.
