The Coast Guard Department manning Kuwait’s territorial waters have arrested two fishermen and are looking for the third who is said to have escaped.
A local Arabic daily said the men were seen fishing in the Kuwait Bay in violation of the PAAAFR laws and refused to surrender but tried to escaped but were chased and arrested.
