Two decrees were issued yesterday appointing Sheikh Khaled Talal Al-Sabah as Undersecretary of the Prime Minister’s Diwan, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Al-Nawaf, and Hamad Al-Amer as Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, with the rank of Undersecretary, reports a local Arabic daily.
