The Government Communications Center announced the entry procedures for Kuwaitis and citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Al-Rai reported.
The procedures include presenting the vaccination certificate approved by the official authorities and the result of the PCR test result on paper or through the Kuwait Mosafer.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation said that all arriving Kuwaiti citizens will be accepted on the condition that they submit a Negative PCR test 72 hours before boarding the flight and upon arrival, either through the Kuwait Mosafer platform or by submitting these documents on paper approved by the official authorities. Or citizens may also submit on paper from the Immune application or the Kuwait Mobile application.
As for the citizens of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, those who are vaccinated (two doses of Oxford, Pfizer, or Moderna vaccines or one dose of Johnson & Johnson) are allowed to enter the country with the submission of a vaccination certificate and a PCR examination certificate proving negative infection for a period of 72 hours before acceptance on the flight and upon arrival either through the Kuwait Mosafer platform or by submitting these paper documents approved by the official authorities in these countries.
