The Al-Ujairi Scientific Center said the total lunar eclipse which will happen on May 16, will not be seen in Kuwait but will be visible in both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
Director of Public Relations and Media at the Center Khaled Al-Jamaan told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the eclipse phenomenon is one of the evidences of the accuracy of the astronomical calculation in the movement of the moon and the lunar months, reports a local Arabic daily.
Al-Jamaan pointed out another eclipse will occur in the month of November, and it also will not be seen in Kuwait, but a solar eclipse will be partially seen in Kuwait next October.
